Block 1. 25.4 acres. First access. Perched on the ridge. River view
Block 2. 177 acres. An elevated stretch with great views, containing several hardwood stands and a creek.
Block 3. 28.9 acres. Very accessible. Brook runs through the northeast section of the property and serves as the lot line. Very peaceful.
Block 4. 29.2 acres. Perhaps the most “special” block. At the crest of the ridge. Crest view of the river valley once a little clearing is done. Super private and serene
Block 5. 31.4 acres. Brook flows through the entire block. Branch road up the South East ridge. Terrific view of the valley and the opposite ridge.
Block 6 29.2 acres. Best view on the property. A clearing is already in place for an off-grid cabin.
Block 7. 34.1 acres. Borders the brook. Lots of options with this property.
Block 8. 27.4 acres. Brook the entire length of the block. Ridge. It will require a bridge over the brook to access from the main “hauling road.”

The Country Harbour property is 525 acres subdivided into 12 blocks and located in Country Harbour, Nova Scotia. Nine blocks will be sold, and the balance will be retained and protected by PineRidge Properties.

Drive right to your doorstep and hop on an extensive trail system connecting to the interprovincial pipeline trail. From your cabin you can ATV or hike to the tip of New Brunswick or the ocean at Guysborough – miles and miles of enjoyment.
The Country Harbour Preserve is adjacent to 87,000 acres of Crown land, including Big Archibald Lake. Additional fishing and boating on the Country Harbour River and Salsman Provincial Park are just 5 minutes down the road. Wildlife is abundant, including confirmed moose sightings and a protected/registered moose area on the property. A forest management plan is in place to optimize the forest with the potential of participating in a carbon offset plan.
The 12 blocks all have their unique features. A brook runs through many of the blocks. You must drive/walk the property to appreciate the range of available property options. One block does have a 4 season off-grid cabin in place.
